By means of presenting drama shows and other cultural programs and also donation coupons, we raised funds and procured a piece of land admeasuring 10,200 sq.mts. located at Kakoda, Curchorem-Goa in the year 2010.
The team members visit every potential donor’s place for fund raising. The collected funds are given to Chetna Educational Society under which the school for special children is run, thereby providing them with the best infrastructure and facilities needed for their development.
The total cost of this school building project is approx.Rs. 9.66 crores (estimated at 2015 prices) and we are doing it in 2 phases. First phase is estimated to cost Rs. 4.53 crores (Ground and First floors) and 2nd phase is estimated to cost around Rs. 5.15 crores.
